Huh, well that’s a hard question for me. I’m not a trained journalist, I’m a lawyer and fiction writer, but from browsing on the net it seems like the usual first step would be a degree in Media or English/Public Relations, followed/substituted by building a good resume, writing a blog and pursuing freelance work.
